RDA Coaching provides coaching support services from grassroots to the Premier League. Sessions are bespoke and tailored to each players individual needs and directly linked to their Individual Learning Plan.
Level 4 Qualified Coaching from Richard Allen and Jonas Munkvold. Our experiences range from working in the men's and women's professional game to boys academies, being expert practitioners with academic rigour.
We provide 1-1 coaching, small group sessions and team based consultancy. Our services range from Performance Analysis, Physical Development and Technical Coaching.
